You want to change N/A to a different Value when a field is null.

1. In NovaView Analytics there are two options, show NA or just blanks cells

Go to  Data -> Properties and under General tab check Nulls as Blank

Click on Ok button.

2. For the Web Client you need to modify a file, and you can choose which value or character to display instead of "N/A"

File name:

    C:\Program Files\Panorama\E-BI\Config\Common.txt

It's possible that you don't have this file, If you don't have this file you can open the following file and save it as Common.txt on the same location

    C:\Program Files\Panorama\E-BI\Config\Common_template.txt

Open Common.txt and look for  NaText=NA

remove the number sign # and replace NA with the value you want instead of it

Save the file as Common.txt.
