If you are getting this Microsoft .NET Framework error message

Receiving this error means your security settings have not been configured properly to trust the Microsoft .NET Framework application in question.

The most popular way to fix this error message is by adding the web site name into the Internet Explorer Trusted list of web sites (in Internet Options >> Security), or if you have Visual Studio 2005 installed, then you should have the Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework Configuration control panel, in which you can change the security settings, and not have to add the web site to your IE Trusted list.
