A 500 Server Error when starting the Dashboard.

The database has not been created and / or the SQL server login credentials might be incorrect.

Instructions on how to Manually Create the Database for the Dashboard.

1.Copying the files of the Dashboard database.

Copy both the PanoramaDashBoard_data and PanoramaDashBoard_log database files which are located under

C:\program files\panorama\E-BI\Dashboard directory,

if you made a default installation. Otherwise, use the correct path of your installation.

2. How to create the Dashboard database in the SQL  Server.

Copy the files (copy the entire database folder) to:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data (or where your SQL is located).

Open the SQL server through the SQL Server Enterprise Manager.
Right click the Databases Folder, and select:

All Tasks >> Attach Database options.

Select the mdf files(database files) copied to and name the database.

3.Edit the config.asp

The file is located inside the

C:\Program files\Panorama\E-BI\dashboard\include

directory and update the database connection information:
