If you see this error while synchronizing the roles from the Panorama administrator:

Run-time error '457': this key is already associated with an element of this collection

The roles from different Analysis server are with the same name. Panorama generates this error if the roles names are the same even from different OLAP servers.

Rename one of the roles to something similar, but yet not completely the same like role on other server.
