User impersonation does not work - error "You are not allowed to get this information" displaying when impersonating user on the server.

To resolve the issue follow these steps:

1. Open Novaview Administrator on the Panorama Server.
2. Right click on Novaview Administrator> Properties
3. Go to "Security" tab
4. Check "on" the option "Force using high-security on rendering services"
5. Click on ...
6. Add the user that is administrator on the server and currently logged in, along with Panorama service user (if this is the same user, it is reccomended). If you cannot add a user with error, then this user does not have administrative rights or he does not have "read" rights on Active directory"
7. Click Ok
