Click Start -> Programs -> Novaview -> Administration -> Service Manager. A green cube will appear in Windows' Taskbar. Right-click on it, go to Configuration -> Admin -> DB -> Change the Password there. Click "Apply Changes".
VERY Important note! Do not change ANY other values except SQL name, username and password in those configuration files, this will cause Panorama to malfunction.
Port change
Default Panorama port is 4444. This port must be opened in order to ensure correct Panorama work. If you choose not to work with default Panorama 4444 port, follow this article. DO NOT change ports in configuration files on your own, always consult Panorama support prior this operation.
Connectivity issues
Most common are connectivity issues after any of the changes mentioned above. Prior to changing anything in the server, perform a simple UDL test (Data link file test) from Panorama server. (How to perform a UDL test?)
If the UDL test to all Panorama database is successful, make sure the password in the configuration files and SQL server match each other. In case you are not sure about that, retype the password in SQL Server Management Studio, and ensure this is the exact password in all configuration files.
