You are trying to move a Briefing Book from one server to another.
It's very simple to re-enlist the Books into the server, from Panorama Administrator. Right click, then select "New Briefing Book", as shown in the picture. Browse button for Schema.XML files Once imported, Panorama Administrator will automatically create all the directories and files from the Schema.XML or the .BNV file.
