NovaView Viewer web parts are not running, you only see a grey or white area where it should have been, and the Security exception message appears in the status bar.

NovaView intelligence Server does not recognize the "unknown" server. 

1. Open panorama registry to the following location:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Panorama\NovaView \Admin
   Note: version number changes according to the version installed.
2. Make sure “ValidServers” string is there, for details please see KB article How To: Install NovaView Web Parts for SharePoint
3. Open share point home page. Copy from the browser URL the name of the share point server name (http://shrepointmachine.domain.com/defult.aspx)
4. Paste the copied value into the ValidServers value 
5. Go to share point machine
6. Open a IE browser and go to you NovaView server http://YourMachineName/Panorama/Welcome.htm page
7. Copy from the browser the URL without the welcome/connector value (http://panoramaservername.domain.com/panorama/connector.dll)
8. Open Settings.xml file in the share point machine and paste there the copy value. Settings.xml located in:
   C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\wpresources\Panorama.WebParts\1.0.0.0__73ae0aaac5fd5fc0
   Note: the last folder numberic sequence might be different depending on the version you have installed.
