Using XLSX files in UDC

The configuration should be done is:
1. Run the cube service natively (64 bit).
2. Add new config file under the Cube Service Folder (under Program Files/Panorama/E-BI), named config.xml. Fill in the following text:
   <configuration>
   <appSettings>
   <add key="UseDriverACE12Only" value="true" /> </appSettings>
