Common installation questions

1. The User or password is not valid for service logon
2. Error In license while Installing

Common error and messages

1. "Not Allowed" message when opening a view
2. "You are not allowed to view this information" on grey screen. Same solution as here.
3. "You are not allowed to view this information" using "Run Web as.." within Novaview Administrator
4. Windows Logon credentials - Access denied after 3 times
5. "An error has occured when access the DB" message when loading Dashboard client

Client side issues

1. Grey screen or White screen with note "Error. Click for details".
2. Constant "Loading" message in Web Access application 
3. Red X
4. Error in Server data (MF:XX)

IIS errors

1. 401 - Not authorized or "access denied" after 3 tries. The solution is here and here.
2. 404 - Cannot find page.
3. 500 - Internal server error
